This beginning solo is written in Middle C position with the melody divided between the hands. It provides an excellent reinforcement of intervals (2nds through 5ths) and contains both melodic and rhythmic patterns for ease in learning. The optional teacher duet helps create the flowing sound of a mountain stream and will aid the student in keeping a steady beat.
