Shipping/Item Availability Policies
Items on our website do not reflect what is in stock, but rather items that are available for purchase. It is important to note that we are a music dealer, not a music publisher. While we truly wish we could have everything available to ship immediately, it is just not feasible for us as a small business. That being said, many of the items on our website are able to ship the same day they are ordered.
When orders are received, we will check to see if items are in stock, and contact you if they are not. If items are available, they will generally ship that same day. If we do not have an item in stock, we will need to order it from the publisher. Large publisher orders usually arrive at the store within a week or so, but if an item comes from a small publisher or from overseas, it could take up to three weeks. We will do our best to keep you notified of your order status!
If you are concerned about when you will receive your music, or if you have a specific deadline, please give us a call or send an email. We are happy to check availability and go over shipping options with you!
If you wish to return an item, we will offer you a store credit of the equal amount or an equal exchange of your original purchase provided that:
The item is not under copyright (such as printed music)
The item is returned within 30 days
The item is in the same condition as the date it was purchased
Items such as reeds, valve oil, cork grease, or any other instrument accessories must be unused and/or in the original, unopened packaging
